Don’t get me wrong, I’ve always been a goal setter. Thinking and dreaming about the future is basically my natural state of being. But I’ve also been frustrated with the goal setting process over the years, especially when it comes to goal setting for my business.
I feel like the end of the year is a natural time to reflect and think about what’s coming next, but for many of you who’ve had a not-so-great relationship with your goals in the past, you might dread this time of year or roll your eyes at all the “new year new me” resolutions that are about to flood our Instagram feeds.
And I can relate. There are a lot of unhealthy practices we can fall into when it comes to goal setting, and today, I want to address them.
