In December, as I was dreaming about ways that I could continue optimizing my systems and become more productive (while also passing along that knowledge to you), I had an idea. This is the Business MINIMALIST™ podcast, so as you know, I’m obsessed with finding ways that less can be better in business. So this year, instead of focusing on all the things I want to add to my plate, I started by asking myself what I could do LESS of, in order to free up space for the things that I want to focus on. This train of thought resulted in me introducing the Year of Less Challenge!
What is the Year of Less Challenge?
Each month this year, I’m challenging myself to do less of something, typically something that I know decreases my productivity like social media, TV, sugar, alcohol… you get the picture. And each month, I’m going to show up here to tell you what I did less of, how I did it, and what I learned about productivity as a result of my experiment. Tune into this week’s episode to learn more about my Year of Less Challenge and how you can do less this year too.
Key Takeaways from this Episode
